What we are working toward

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means we build for:

• text that meets contrast requirements against its background;
• every function reachable and operable by keyboard alone;
• meaningful text alternatives for images that carry information;
• form fields with real labels, and errors described in words;
• headings and landmarks that describe the actual structure of a page; and
• pages that work when zoomed and on small screens.

Where we know we fall short

Parts of this site embed tools built by other companies — a property search, a home valuation tool, and a map. We do not control their code, and we cannot promise they meet the same standard. If one of them blocks you, that is exactly the kind of thing we want to hear about, and we will get you the same information another way.
