Rialto homes for sale

Laid out in 1887 by the Semi-Tropic Land and Water Company and incorporated in 1911, named after the Rialto in Venice. Historic Route 66 runs through along Foothill Boulevard, where the Wigwam Motel — a row of concrete teepees built in the late 1940s and listed on the National Register — still stands. The former municipal airport site on the north side is being redeveloped as Renaissance Rialto.

What the Rialto market is doing

We don't publish a median price here, because a number typed into a web page months ago is worse than no number at all — it reads as current when it isn't. What we can give you is what the MLS actually shows for Rialto today: what has sold, what it sold for, how long it took, and what is competing with the home you care about.

Ask and we will pull it for your street, your price band, and your timeline — usually the same day.
